What we fix

Four trades, one number to call

Most jobs are diagnosed and finished in a single visit. If a part is needed, the technician tells you the cost before ordering anything.

Why an AI answers our phone

Because the old way loses the people who need us most

47%

of home-service enquiries arrive outside normal office hours — evenings, nights and weekends.

80%

of callers who reach a voicemail hang up without leaving a message at all.

2.3s

is how long the average caller now waits for an answer before giving up.

After-hours workflow

Call answered → details captured → booking saved

Emergency workflow

Flooding, sparks or no AC? Technician paged immediately.

Pricing is never invented on the call. The technician confirms on site.

How it works

Three steps, about ninety seconds

  1. 1

    Tell us what's wrong

Speak normally — "my AC is blowing warm air" is plenty. No menus, no pressing 1 for service. Interrupt it any time; it stops and listens.

  2. 2

    We take the details

Name, mobile, your area in Dubai or Sharjah, and the day and time that suits you. Your number is read back digit by digit before anything is saved.

  3. 3

    A technician confirms

You get a booking reference on the call. A technician confirms the arrival window and the price on site — the quote itself is free.

What counts as an emergency

Say any of these and the receptionist stops collecting details and pages the on-call technician straight away:

  • Active flooding or a leak that is spreading
  • A burning smell from a socket, fitting or appliance
  • Visible sparks, or a breaker that trips the moment you reset it
  • The smell of gas
  • No cooling at all during extreme summer heat

If someone is in immediate danger, call the UAE emergency services first on 999, then call us.

Straight answers

Questions people actually ask

How much will it cost?

The quote is free and the technician confirms the price with you on site, before starting. We deliberately don't quote over the phone — a "leaking sink" can be a worn washer or a cracked feed pipe, and guessing at a number helps nobody.

Am I talking to a real person?

No — the voice on the phone is an AI receptionist, and it will tell you so if you ask. It books visits and pages technicians for emergencies. Every actual repair is done by a human technician.

Do you work nights and weekends?

Emergencies, yes — 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including public holidays. Standard appointments run 8am to 8pm.

How soon can someone come?

For genuine emergencies the on-call technician is paged immediately. For standard bookings you pick the day and time that suits you, and the technician confirms the arrival window. The receptionist won't invent a time it can't guarantee.

What if the AI mishears my number?

It reads your mobile back to you digit by digit and waits for you to confirm before saving anything. If it gets a digit wrong, just say no and give it again.

Do you cover Abu Dhabi or the other emirates?

Not currently. We cover Dubai and Sharjah only, and the receptionist will tell you honestly rather than take a booking we can't serve.

Something broken right now?

The receptionist is awake. Tap, speak, and it will take it from there.
